Be at ease. Your information is secure and will not be shared with any third party organizations or with any parties outside our company. No addresses will be shared and we have no access to your credit card number only the last four digits. Your credit cards full number is processed through our merchant Shopify.com.


Processing Your Order

We appreciate your order! All online orders are normally processed and shipped within 1-3 business days depending on the season. Please allow 3-4 business days during peak sales events and holidays for your order to be processed and shipped. We accept most major credit cards, Apple Pay and PayPal. All orders that have shipping addresses that do not match billing address will be subject to a hold for verification. To assure prompt and on time delivery your shipping and billing addresses match or you will be asked to verify your address. All orders are securely processed by Shopify.com


Shipping Your Order

DCP ships all over the world. To put your mind at ease, we provide all packages with a tracking number. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email update with shipping details along with the associated tracking number. You may follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival of your order. Some foreign countries aren’t as easy to ship too and fall outside our $35 international DHL rate. In this case your product will be shipped by USPS and delivered by your local post office once it arrives in your country. Please note that tracking information will only be updated online one (1) business day after your order has been shipped.

We Ship with USPS, DHL, FEDEX and UPS.

 

Duties and Taxes

All international shipments are subject to your home countries customs regulations. tonywilsononline is not responsible for taxes and duties. All packages returned for you not paying your duties are not our responsibility and you will not receive a refund in this case. We will list the item at wholesale price (half the retail price) to help you avoid high import duties.

 

RETURNING YOUR ORDER

To return a purchase, your items must meet the following conditions:

  • Be returned within 10 days of your delivery date
  • Be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition
  • Be returned with original tags and packaging
  • If defective or damaged, we ask you please send a picture of the defect.
  • Sale items aren’t eligible for return.

DCP reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.

 

HOW TO EXECUTE A RETURN

Though we hope things don’t go wrong with your order we still want to make it as easy as possible in case a return is needed.

 

To Return Your Order:

Your returned item must arrive at our shipping facility no later than 20 days after your delivery date. Please note, return label must be requested within 10 days of receiving your order. We recommend that you ship your return within one week of receiving your return label to ensure that it arrives at our shipping facility within the desired time. 

 

International Returns

Please note that it is important to ship international packages using standard shipping and your country’s local shipping carrier. For added safety, please insure all packages with a tracking number.

 

Exchanges

Only unworn items are eligible for exchange within 10 days of purchase. We offer no exchanges on sales items.

 

Refunds

A refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checking out. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account. Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable.

 

Modifying or Cancelling Your Order

You can modify or cancel your order as long as it has not been packed and/or shipped. We will do our best to accommodate any changes or cancellations before the order enters our shipping queues.

BACK ORDER

Some items may be unaccounted for in our inventory at the time of purchase. We ask your understanding in this rare occurrence and will notify you within 48 hours that this item is on back order. You have the right to wait on the item to be restocked or request a refund. Thank you.

 

SALES 

All sale items are final sale. Please read all descriptions and sizing suggestions carefully.  

 

PRESALE ITEM

Any Item listed as “PRE-SALE” will be shipped on the date of release provided in the item description. Please allow 48 hours in case of a high volume of orders.


SIZING

Our Garments Size Range (XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL).

Sizing varies considerably among styles and fabrics. To help you choose the best fit we provide the following sizing information on every product page:

  • A size conversion chart to help you convert international sizes
  • Specific product measurements for clothing
  • Body measurements and size on model

This can be viewed under the ‘View Size Chart’ tab on your item’s product page.

COUNTRY OF MANUFACTURE

All products start in the concept phase and are sampled in Los Angeles. Products are manufactured in Los Angeles California, Mexico City Mexico Shanghai or Guangzhou China. Our contracted and law abiding facilities employ non-sweatshop laborers of legal working age. For proof of labor conditions feel free to contact us via email.
